Sore loser. LOLOL
Actually, the Saints almost let it go.
Sorry Suzi...I would normally have been all over that...but my Phills are working toward a division win and another World Series so ....it's all Phillies in my house~
I can see from the score it was a rockin game for the Saints!

Yea Suzi! What a game...it was playoff atmosphere in the stadium and Cole Hamels and our closer Brad Lidge were in WS form...it's was a great game. We are currently winning 5-2 in the bottom of the 6th.

Why would anybody be watching sports when last night was premiere night for the Fall television season? So many good shows came back. Most notably Chuck and Castle. Hawaii Five-O also premiered and it was really good.

Actually, during commercials I caught the premier of the new CBS sitcom, Mike and Molly. It was adorable. (I can catch, Two and a Half Men on Demand later tonight:)

Is that Sigh... Yes.. for me?
I need to ask a question about the Braves. I was actually feeling bad for the team through out the season because they were atop the NL East for most of the season and they don't even come close to selling out that stadium...it looks like not even half full?? Steve...what is up with that?!

It's so many reasons etc and it's an issue brought up all the time, especially by Phillies fans on the Braves baord.
The main ones I'd stick with is, the city being of smaller population and filled with trasplants that come to Altlanta for work. And the lack of suffiencent public transpertation. But mostly the economy. The transplants are why the stadium is pretty full when the Mets, Cardinals, Cubs, Sox and Yankees come to town.
They had good crowds in the summer and most weekends, but with school starting the crowds are dying a bit more. There are other teams in contention that have worse attendance records. Braves average right in the middle of the pack of all teams most years. 15th of 30 teams.
Ahh...I see. I am not usually one to even pay too close attention to such things, it just struck me as odd as I have been following the Braves games as closely as ours, particularly this year with it being such a tight race all season. I gotta say Matt Diaz endeared himself to Philly last night with his "tripping" up of the runner on the field! That was priceless!!

Me, three!! I think I need to warn our new neighbors that we're Saints (and LSU) fans so they can expect screaming during games.
Suzi, I'm not sure if there are too many videos in this thread. I forgot there were 5 already. If anyone has problems you can take them out. lol
I can also edit to make them links instead of embeds.
Speaking of rallies, I plan to do the "One Nation" Unity March in Washington, DC on October 2nd. My teacher's union is organizing a bus trip. Anyone else planning to be there?
What is the One Nation March?
On Saturday, October 2, 2010, hundreds of thousands of people from across America will gather at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, D.C. to demonstrate our re-commitment to change. The One Nation March will feature human and civil rights leaders, labor leaders, environmental and peace activists, faith leaders, celebrities and sports figures – all marching together to help Put America Back to Work and to Pull America Back Together. And to help reorder our national priorities so that investments in people come first.
