Lots Of Things

Economy-related clips:

Stephen focuses on jobs and brings some humor to real job advice. Jon talks about the Toyota recall. Some humorous focus on women outnumbering men in the workplace and men being the discriminated ones now. And Stephen talks to Elliot Spitzer about the banks. Yes, that Elliot Spitzer.

Extras:

Stephen talks about social media, websites etc.

Stephen apologizes for feeding baby food to his Grammy.

Jon talks about Hamas propaganda cartoons. There is an interesting discussion taking place in the comment section about Israel being guilty of making Arabs look bad too and how both sides are equally at fault. It's probably hard for some of us to understand if we haven't been to either country.

Jon's interview about a medical checklist for surgeons that would probably save more lives, but some doctors are reluctant to make the list standard practice.

Colbert's unusual interview with a John Durant, a man practicing a caveman lifestyle in terms of fitness and eating habits.

Jay Leno's monologue also had some great political jokes last night.  However, I just realized they left one of the main reasons I wanted to post the monologue out of the highlights. I'll post a link to the full episode if anyone wants to search for it (about 4:52 minutes into the show). It was Jay joking about them taking down a huge billboard in Time Square because a company was using Obama's picture (him wearing their jacket during his visit to the Great Wall of China). The joke revolved around a CBS reporting of the billboard coming down and Fox News' reporting it with clips of people marching with American flags at a tea party event, tense music, and a mixed-in clip of that video with Iraqis pulling down the Statue of Sadam.

I forgot the link to the full episode of Jay. The joke I was talking about starts around 4:52 in.
