I hadn't heard about this until I read an email from thinkprogress. I'm not really sure about what should be done or not done. I'm not sure going on an expedition in the Bush memo news is productive right now with everything else going on. The information should be out there but going after people will just another distraction from larger issues effecting more Americans right now...

I do believe he needs to

I do believe he needs to either resign or be impeached. It really disheartening to know that a judge who took an oath to uphold the constitution on the bench wrote these memos.

People lives are in the guy's hands...it's not at all comforting.

Yeah, you're right. I still don't see how these can be done effectively and without a circus or major distraction. Might be best just the monitor his future and recent rulings and go from there...

I think the issue should be

I think the issue should be looked at. As I've stated, I just worry that automatic hysteria and calls for impeachment seem extreme and scream partisan. An independent review may be the best route.
