US, China & Russia Agree

WOW!!  From the linked article:

The strongly worded draft statement, which calls the rocket launch a "contravention" of the UN's ban on North Korea's ballistic missile program, represents a climb-down for Moscow and Beijing as it acknowledges that the launch was not aimed at putting a satellite in space.

This is quite an accomplishment for the Obama administration, including SofS Clinton and the UN Ambassador.
