What I love about that picture is that beyond that fact that Michelle Obama looks incredible hot and beautiful in that picture, is that she's the first First Lady to look like she can hang with my generation. I turn 33 in March and I know that she is only 12 years older than me. If I had a dinner party at my house, Michelle looks like she would fit right it.
Laura Bush and Barbara Bush didn't have that. And Hilary Clinton didn't have that. She too was a stuff uppity older white woman. (Though I totally respect that is she had been elected President what that would have meant for woman everywhere.) Michelle Obama is just hip and current! I look at Michelle and Barack and see me! (Well, not exactly since I'm a mixed Puerto Rican/Irish male. But I'm a mutt just like Barack!)
That's what my wife and I love about that picture. Whether we agree or not with policies they make, the Obamas represent that my generation is coming up and being represented in politics.

I'm glad I amuse you, BlakelyV. lol
Seriously though, women like Michelle Obama and Condeleeza Rice will be the role models for my 2 year old African American-Puerto Rican-Irish niece. While I do not agree one iota with Condeleeza Rice's policy ideas, I will tell my niece that if Condeleeza can rise to the levels of acheivement that she did so cam my niece.
And if the son of single mother can become president, so can my daughter of a single mother do anything she sets her mind to do.
Beautiful and classy First Lady.
Now I need to double up my personal training efforts to get my arms that toned.
Dayum!
If you'll excuse me, I'll be in my bunk.
Yeah, me too.
I mean, my own bunk! Not yours!!
"For those who plan with audacity and execute with vigor,
progress is the magnificent by product."

Its about time, could someone put her photo up, whoever the babe is.....
I will throw the first puch and it certainly will be the only one needed.......Troll Blakey

"I SO voted for Barack Obama! 10/25/08"
Hottest. First Lady. Ever.
"For those who plan with audacity and execute with vigor,
progress is the magnificent by product."
I was talking about Michelle Obama, not Sarah Palin.
I think you knew that though.

Apologies to Ron, (and to Blakey, by default) but I removed the HUGE picture of Sarah Palin, as it was skewing the page.
Suzi
Here you go blakey...
LOL at "(I think)"
We all have to make sacrifices sometimes. I think I can stomach more Palin for Blakey's sake...
