Link from The Hill. As if President Obama does not have enough on his plate already, it appears he is boldly addressing yet another hot-button issue-Immigration Reform-rather than run away from it.

Living this close to the oil spill, we see and hear a lot of things before the rest of the country, IF the rest of the country ever hears it at all.  I want to share some of that with you here.

As most of you may know, in a past life I worked in the oil industry but more the  trading, environmental, tax and importation aspects for this important industry to our nation’s economy.

First of all, my thoughts and prayers go out to those injured and missing due to the oil rig explosion (link from NPR.) What a horrible human tragedy.
